The Management of Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS), on Friday, 30th December 2022, celebrated children in the creche of the Service, situated within its premises in Ilorin, and their nannies.
Speaking at the occasion, which witnessed the presentation of gifts to children and staff of the creche, the Executive Chairman, KW-IRS, Shade Omoniyi, who was ably represented by Director, Admin & Operations (AOP), KW- IRS, Olatunji Balogun thanked God for the gifts of all the children and their health, stating that activities at the creche are important to the Service, hence the special appreciation of workers at the creche, to wrap up the year 2022.
Omoniyi stated that the appreciation serves as an avenue to once again encourage workers at the creche to do much more in the coming year.
The KW-IRS boss through the Director AOP, added that the hard work and efficiency of the staff at the Crèche have contributed to the revenue mobilization drive of the Service, noting that the staff of the Service, who are parents of the children in the crèche can only focus on their jobs, because of their trust of having their babies in good hands, and the focus on the job, in turn, results in improved revenue mobilization for the State.
The nannies were enjoined to see the job as core and very important, with the charge to continually be dedicated and give exceptional care to the children placed under their watch.
Joining their voices & presence at the occasion to appreciate workers at the creche were the Head, Human Resources, Iyabo Salawudeen, and other members of staff of Human Resources.
