In a bid to further sensitize and synergize with agencies of government in Kwara, the Executive Chairman, Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS), Shade Omoniyi, on Tuesday, 23rd January, 2024, received in audience at the corporate head office of KW-IRS, Ilorin, the State Director, Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB), Dr. Sherifat Yusuf, and her team.
The newly deployed State Director of the anti-corruption agency, Dr. Yusuf revealed essential mandates of CCB and need for strengthened collaboration between the bureau and State.
Receiving the visiting team, the Executive Chairman, on behalf of the Service, assures maximum synergy in ensuring KW-IRS continues to conform with the tenets of the asset declaration office, emphasizing the significance of the CCB’s responsibilities in relation to efficient revenue drive for the State.
The visiting team were received by Director, Accounts & Finance, Omolara Ojulari; Director, Admin & Operations, Olatunji Balogun; Director, Legal and Compliance, Shehu Abdullahi; Director Income Tax, Mohammed Usman; and other members of staff of KW-IRS.
