The Executive Chairman, Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS), Shade Omoniyi, paid a courtesy visit to the Honorable Commissioner for Planning and Economic Development, Hon. Mary Ronke Arinde, at her office on Wednesday, 2nd April, 2025.
Shade Omoniyi congratulated the Commissioner on her change of portfolio which is an attestation to her versatility and resourcefulness. She stated that the purpose of the visit was to enhance collaboration on budgeting and planning with a view to improving the IGR growth of the State.
The Commissioner in her response appreciated the visit, and restated the Ministry’s commitment to working together with KW-IRS towards improved budget process and enhancing revenue mobilization for Kwara State.
In attendance at the meeting were KW-IRS Director, Accounts and Finance, Omolara Ojulari, Director, MDAs, Omotayo Ayinla, as well as the Ministry’s Director, Planning, Alimi K.B, Director, Debt Management, Ibiyinka Olatunde, among others.
