The agency of Kwara State Government saddled with the responsibility of mobilizing revenue for the strategic development of the State has resolved on strategies to drive an improved revenue for Kwara State in the year 2023.

The KW-IRS boss noted that remarkable IGR performance for the year 2023 would be premised on Three (3) major principles- “Communication, Collaboration, and Coordination”, adding that all staff of the Service at all levels must embrace the 3Cs of Communication, Collaboration, and Coordination; as the basic principles will aid maintenance of good relationships across board and eliminate all forms of distractions.
The Executive Chairman reiterated that team bonding, appreciation, and reward of outstanding performances among staff, taking ownership of the job, and accountability by all, are key to the success of the Service.
