The Executive Secretary, Kwara State Hospital Management Bureau (HMB), Dr Abdulraheem Malik led some members of the Bureau on a courtesy visit to the Executive Chairman, Kwara State Internal Revenue Service (KW-IRS), Shade Omoniyi at the Revenue House, Ilorin on Tuesday, 15th November,2022.
Dr Abdulraheem Malik stated that the reason for the visit is to familiarize the Bureau with the Service and to strengthen the existing partnership between the two Agencies. He appreciated the Service for its continuous cooperation and support, and announced that the Bureau recently launched SERVICOM, a customer service platform created to ensure that complaints lodged by the public are promptly resolved. He also expounded some issues affecting the Bureau which would require the assistance of KW-IRS.
In her response, the Executive Chairman KW-IRS, Shade Omoniyi commended the Executive Secretary and members of his team for their innovativeness, adding that all issues raised by the Executive Secretary are well noted and will be attended to.
The meeting had in attendance KW-IRS Director, Legal and Compliance, Shehu Mogaji, Head, Parastatals Department, Adewumi Adeleye, Zonal Cordinator North, Ndana Ndakpoto and members of the Hospital Management Bureau visitation team.
